It’s Megan with Speech! I have some exciting opportunities to share!
I have been a Licensed and Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for 8 years, and if you know me you know I have worked in EVERY setting an SLP is able. With every experience I find more and more that the knowledge of services an SLP can provide is limited and so many parents struggle with knowing when to ask for help.
My goal is to make services, guidance, and support available to more families in our little community. Follow along for tips of my field and feel free to contact me at any time with questions or needs!

Contact an SLP to see if your child would benefit from a Speech/Language evaluation. We can talk about your concerns and decide what steps to take next!
EVALUATION
During your first face-to-face appointment, an SLP will asses your child’s speech and language abilities. The SLP will gain insights into your child’s developmental, medical, and social history. After your appointment the SLP will complete scoring of assessment, report writing, creation of goals and a plan of care. This will guide future treatment, if needed.
TREATMENT
Treatment can be provided weekly or twice a week as indicated. Evidence based interventions are utilized to increase communication skills. Home treatment programs are provided to encourage carryover of skills.
